Flynnville Train is God-fearin’, women lovin’, workin’ man, stick-to-your-ribs music with twangy, dirty guitar riffs, and nostalgic vocals as gritty as a long dirt road. Their most recent album REDEMPTION (released in 2010) is straight up, foot-stompin’, whiskey-soaked, gravel flyin’, country rock. A collaborative effort that is 100% ironclad, proud and true, it is evident, from start to finish, this is no runaway train; it’s right on track.
Built in Indiana, Flynnville Train hails from Middletown, a small town, middle of nowhere part of the country with a big heart and their music is no exception. Boasting with true grit, the Midwest group lifts the listener up and drops them smack-dab in the sweat-soaked South, then takes a hard turn toward Nashville with their country and blues-inspired rock. With each member bringing different influences to the mix, ranging from Waylon Jennings to Jimi Hendrix, Flynnville Train brings country home.
