Common Causes of User Error |
The most common cause of reaching this page by a PPK user is that you have allowed
your secure session to expire. For your security and ours, when you login a secure
session is started for you on our server. As long as you're logged in and active,
this session is active.
If you sit idle for more than a few minutes without changing or updating pages in
your admin, your secure session will expire to protect the server and you will be
redirected to this window when you attempt to make a change.
Simply close your browser window and login again to start a new session. |
